PC -Killer POV bug

Survivor: Laurie Strode
Issue: I was being hooked for the 3rd time and instead of getting sacrificed, my icon on the left stayed on incapacitated. My POV switched to a 3rd person of the killer and the game couldn't end. The killer closed hatch and waited for the timer to end, but nothing would end the game. Killer DC'd and I "survived".
