It seems like I got stuck moving super fast and then got stuck moving super slow. Seemed to be stuck at frenzy speed, and then frenzy cooldown speed.
Character played: The Legion, Extracurricular (Susie) skin
Perks played: Spirit Fury, Thanatophobia, Barbecue and Chili, Pop Goes the Weasel
Add-Ons/Offerings: Iridescent Pin, Stolen Sketch Book, Ebony Mori
Map: Gideon Meat Packing Plant
Frequency of the issue: First time it has happened to me.
