Crashes after every match

My game crashes after every match as survivor and I never get any bloodpoints.
I have tried restarting the game, quitting it, turning off my ps4, restarting my wifi, etc.
None of it works and I have no clue what to do, but I am really just tryna play survivor.
I've been at like level 20 Nea for the past 2 days bc I have literally gotten barely any bloodpoints.
