Oni Power not working again

I got the power bug again where his power refuses to activate when its filled up, meter is red, and Ctrl does nothing, eventually it started working again. BUT NOW it was different, a different bug happened where the blood meter was basically 100% but it was white as if it wasn't powered up, and it would say M2 to Absorb. but it didnt work, power never got filled, hitting people didn't fix it. it was permanently unusable. it never fixed itself.

The reason i think it started was, I'm guessing my power was 100% or something, then i got locker stunned by a survivor and that's when the power didn't want to activate with ctrl, later when my power came back to being able to activate randomly, afterwards when it got refilled is when the M2 power bug happened too. so... 2 bugs..?

Spamming right click did nothing, and holding right click made M2 Absorb flicker on screen so hope that helps.
