Wraith Infinite Game Bug

Hooking a survivor gets them stuck transferring into the second state. Messaged the other player and they were apparently on my shoulder. Could not interact with generators or use my ability. This bug has happened both times I've played Wraith.
The player will be stuck on the hook forever and the game will never end, even after the end game timer stops. I know this from my previous bug. Forces either the killer or survivor to disconnect.
