What if a survivor can become tormented when hit by PH's range attack and previously injured?

    It would be nice if they replaced his "rust-colored egg" (blindness when tormented) or "Crimson Ceremony Book" (hemorrhage when tormented and injured) Very Rare add-ons with something that applied torment if you manage to down a survivor with his Punishment of the Damned attack. Currently those 2 add-ons are beyond useless, and don't deserve the "Very Rare" spot they occupy.

    It would be nice since the ranged attack is really punishing if you miss it. I doubt they'll do anything else to him or they'll nerf him more, idk anymore since that guy on the anniversary stream said clown is underrated, I question there judgement on alot of things now.

    I mean hes generally considered strong already but sure lets buff him even more

    His ranged attack needs to properly follow terrain; going up/down a hill, etc.
