Can I use repressed alliance while freddy is teleporting?

Like can I use the perk while the gen is still spewing blood and freddy is still not here? And if so will that deny him the teleport?

    Pretty sure you can use the Perk and also sure that it will not deny his Teleport. Because a Gen getting finished while he teleports also does not cancel the Teleport.
