Unbreakable Bug (Maybe Soulguard)

So i encountered a new Unbreakable bug, where you can stand up all the time, but it should be usable only once.
People use it with Soulguard, so it seems that they legit can stand up all the time and also get the endurance buff...
I know Soulguard works all the time when a Hex Totem is active, but my Hex got destroyed and they still could get up by themself. I lost my last match cause a Nea and a Feng abuse it on me..
That bug was on Pc
Maybe someone encountered this issue aswell?

Yeah, Umbreakable is broke, this friends in my game abuse this splot, they stand up 3 times in a row.
