Nea L4D2 deleted outfit?

I remember back in the days when Bill and the L4D2 collection dropped, during that time on a dev stream, the devs showed a concept for a Nea outfit, inspired from that game (Like the ones for Meg, Claudette, Dwight and Jake). Does anyone have any idea how I can find it again?
