Killer (PH) speed bugged after stun

Was playing PH as normal but when I was chasing Feng I got stunned while trying to perform the rites or judgement animation (the part when putting the blade into the ground) and after that my movement speed was about 100% (maybe even slower) instead of 115%. Couldn't catch anyone without BL3 and getting stunned again didn't fix it.
