So Devs don't listen us
I see small minor buffs for billy. Honestly this wasn't enough. We all gonna quit if these changes are gonna live. Billy should be main killer for this game. But devs killing their character.

I doubt "we all gonna quit" over some changes on a killers power, I definitely won't. The new changes to the cool down seem pretty reasonable to me. There shouldn't be any one main killer, and devs aren't killing him by tweaking him. Honestly, it'll be fine, calm your farm.

The only time the developers will listen to you is if you are a rank 12 to 15 Survivor main who are mad that you can't beat one particular killer.

Funny didn't realise you know what I'd do before I did, thanks for the update.
Personally the fact the devs listened to the feedback to make adjustments, and have said there's a chance of further improvements/add-on improvements in the hotfix afterwards shows they do listen. This game is a live game for a reason and anything is subject to change whenever.

While i think the "we are gonna quit" argument is stupid, i want to say that it actually isn't a bad idea to pick a killer and make them the balance point. A lot of good competitive games have a character that they design to be dead center of the balance, and then try to nerf/buff everything around them to bring them closer to that center.
A good example is street fighter, in almost every street fighter, Ryu is the balanced character. Every character is balanced around him and how he works.
Billy would be a decent candidate for that, because he has a little bit of everything. He still has to deal with looping, has decent mobility and can 1 hit down often if played well.
Freddy would also make a good candidate i think.

The proposed changes here:
seem to be more inline with what the community was asking for, while also keeping their initial idea of the "overheat". While I can only speculate as to how much of an effect this will have it does seem that the cool down rate will be much faster and the fact that proper "feathering" (as the Devs call it) will be a thing again, I do not see the overheat mechanic becoming a problem anymore.
I do believe your post is an over exaggeration of events you do not agree with. If you truly feel people are going to "quit" DBD over these changes just look at many of the controversial things that have happened in the past and yet this community is still holding strong numbers. If you truly dislike the change that is happening just take a break from DBD like I (and many others) have done in the past. The community does not need more toxicity being spewed for the sake of venting anger.

What annoys me the most is the community right now. BHVR throw us a bone and the entire community starts defending them "uuhhh don't be so entitled, be happy that they listen and gave us something"
Yeah, I guess I have to be happy and remain silent now since bhvr isn't slapping my face but instead spits on it. Yeah.

Just quit if you feel this way.
if you can’t appreciate what they are doing then don’t give them your time or money and move on.
i hope everyone that complained beforehand they will not touch Billy’s nerf at all can now see how blind they actually were though.

In 99% of cases... Yeah they don't at all. Lol hell, they don't even listen to their Fog Whisperers. I cannot count how many times ON STREAM while playing DBD one of them has utterly dogged the snot out of BHVR and their inability to listen to the community on what they actually want along with their lack of balancing and vision.
There's a ton of multi-year long bugs that are gamebreaking that they either cannot address due to their own code being a mess, or their priorities are seriously skewed. I understand the need to make money.. but geez.
