Billy & Oni.
Have fun with two Killers zooming around the map.

Spirit and Oni (Family reunion on either of their maps...)
Wraith and Nurse (They know each other)... plus Nurse blink into survivors but run right into Wraith uncloaking
Pig and GF (Both crouch walking at you... you better BOOP that SNOOT "or else") also GF waiting by a box for a survivor that is trapped and 99% stalked
I know I repeated but There's so many to chose from...

Legion + Pig/Wraith.
Usually when Legion goes on a tear with Frenzy, the first 1-2 survivors he hits are delayed, but pretty safe because he's bouncing to someone else. However if Wraith/Pig is following Legion... well now they get to use their stealth to get a free hit on a Survivor who's mid mend.
I do also like whoever suggested Legion + Oni. Legion is so good at injuring people... the entire map will be carpeted in blood orbs for Oni to be in perma rage mode.

Oni and Legion would be a pretty strong combo, too.. You heal? Too bad! Legion's back to injure you again. You don't heal? Oni's got lots of blood orbs.

Legion and Doctor. If you're in Madness 3 you can't Mend yourself. If your mending timer goes down by like 5 seconds then you can't snap out of it fast enough to also mend yourself.

Plague and anybody, especially plague oni, plague is such an enabler in this mode. Legion is also pretty good but were definitely overselling him. Legion still has to get his hits and if the build is Legion plus another chase killer theres nothing actually helping legion gain his win condition. Also your still playing legion who is a lackluster killer. We havent mentioned demogorgon, but demogorgon has like top tier map presence behind like freddy. Demogorgon can definitely be an overall solid pic, doesnt enable other killers but provides stability in portals and tracking. I want to say hag is strong cause she can farm hits but because of how big maps would be she loses some strength. Oni is probably one of the strongest killers when enabled in this game. For highly skilled players it could be just “tracking killer and nurse” where nurse just destroys everything on sight.

Plague/legion and Oni. Oni would be always in his demon dash form. Legion just stabs people so theres enough blood or plague infects them.
In my head Legion stabs some people and then Oni just downs everyone while legion is picking them up and put them on hooks.
Thats my meta guess for killers^^

Pig and legion, imagine beeping out but also needing to mend at the same time. It would be horrific.

Huntress: "I got this *picks up Nurse* YA YEET"

Most broken: Legion and spirit/nurse/oni
worst case? Legion injures all 8 people in the first minute and spirit or nurse one shots everyone.
close second is oni in permanent rage

All-Seeing Wraith and Scratched Mirror Mikey on an indoor map would be horrifying

Huntress with either GF or Plague.
Plague or GF could make them an insta down and then huntress could easily throw a hatchet at them downing instantly
or
Deathslinger with an insta down killer
Deathslinger could bring them in while the insta down hits them
