Like srsly he needs a buff to him,his power and his perks

    His perks could do with some love like the chainsaw bois got.

    I wouldn't mind his Shred ability getting faster wind-up. That was supposed to be his main chase tool and it's just too slow for my taste.

    Demo is really good, and he's fine the way he is. If you wanna change his perks and add-ons, sure, but his abilities don't need changing in the slightest. I don't want another buff/nerf situation like with the Billy one coming up where he gets a slightly faster chainsaw but also has a massive drawback that suddenly makes them really lame to play both as and against.

    Demo’s power is pretty much fine as is. They could make rat liver base kit and maybe make his cooldown for teleporting a bit faster. He’s in desperate need of an add on rework though. They’re all so bad... His perks could use some love too

    The one change I'd make to his base kit would be to destroy his own portals. Not like Hag, where she can recycle. He'd still need to stand on them to destroy them, but still.

    And an addon pass, of course.

    The only thing Demo needs is some better add ons, his are all mediocre at best.

    I think demo's addons need a rework. They're all just... so bad. When your best addons are commons, idk.. lol

    But it's base kit feels okay to me.

    I second this. If they wanna buff up his perks and rework his addons...that would be sweet. I know currently there is barely any addons that affect his Shred and the ones that do are fairly minimal. Would be cool to see some addons give extra shred range or something.

    Demo could use some changes. Making him not scream whenever he does literally anything for starters. It’s pretty dumb that he makes it so obvious he’s using a portal. His power is alright and rat liver should honestly be basekit. All his addons are also trash excluding rat liver. He’s not the most balanced killer lol

    -add ons rework

    -you don't scream when you teleport OR make undetectable status effect longer like 5 seconds (and fix loud steps)

    Extra range, missed shred cooldown and an extra "half charge shred" similar to nurses addon would all make him feel wildly different to play and not be out right buffs in the slightest to his abilites, and more so give him more ways to play with shred, turning it into a form of movement. i mean rat liver personally should be base just due to how stinking useful it is to be able to precharge shots, with portals being destroyable (not recycled like hag, just stand on them and rid yourself of them if you pass by a useless one in the middle of a match.)

    his addons could also silence his roar/footsteps when he comes out of his portals, and make them more useful and instantaneous. also adding an opacity sub - filter that draws from the enviroment so that his portals can semi blend with it outside of tall grass would make him so much better imo (ie the wider ring around the portal would draw upwards from the ground, with the tentacles/portal itself being the true revealing factor rather then a gigantic red ring)

    Most of the brown and yellow addons are his best addons. I think most of the addons are fine as well, just the ultra rares could need a buff, like seeing all survivors while upside down instead of just injured ones. The undetectable one wouldn't even need a change when footsteps would be removed. Or just remove the mapwide indication that he is teleporting. But that's it

    Another thing I just noticed but also is more of a QOL change. The Shred has to be charged for at least 0.65 seconds and is fully charged after 1s. I barely notice a difference in range, and you get slowed down while charging, so the "bonus" range is even less noticeable. Beneath that, having the option to charge 0.35s longer without audio or visual feedback kinda makes this mechanic pretty useless.

    I would keep the distance at same and increase lunge speed, so you can have slightly easier Shred hits in the open field. Or increase the range of a fully charged Shred. Or at least add some feedback so you know it is fully charged. The flash shows when Shred is ready, but you can see that already by the button shown that M1 does Shred. I would put the flashy thing at the end to signalize the charge has been completed.

    But to summarize, I'm also happy with Demo as is. No buff needed, I would be afraid that any change to him would lead to a crippleGorgon

    Just make rat liver basekit, he should be able to control his shred at least a little, and give a fat buff to his portals.

    Make his Shred have an aerial hitboc. There is no reason I can't hit a survivor if I use it from a hill.

    I think his portals need a slight improvement, but that's it. Maybe increase the time you get undetectable? Make the travel time shorter? The screams he makes when he teleports could be altered somehow to give survivors less info? As is, I rarely use the portals. Shred itself is fine.

    I'll be honest I utterly loathe his portals.

    They're too fast to close, they give too little detriment to closing. For mobility, he has to walk to the two different points first, place them slowly, and then needs to walk to one of those places to use them, after which one probably gets shut fast. Anyone with mobility does it better than that. I hate that he has a lot of emphasis on stealth and being undetectable, but publicly announces every time that he is stealthy to everyone on the map to put everyone on red alert.

    I hate that his tracking both requires walking around holding M2 like a tool, AND doesn't function at all until survivors are aware of the trap. It makes it so so so rare that there's a situation where you ever get useful information that you can capitalise off of.

    Shred's ok I guess.


    I'd love to see a ~purple add on to remove the roar on teleporting. Much better than "a fraction of a second of exhaustion after being near a portal."

    He needs to be faster at base with his shred ready, so pretty much rat liver at base at the minimum. Portals could use some help too.

    The fact that you can bait his shred with no penalty is SO underrated.
