I've tried adjusting the GameUserSettings.ini file to what was mentioned online to help.
"FrameRateLimit=0.000000", "bUseVSync=False"
System Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 OC'ed at 3700mhz
GPU: Geforce GTX 1080ti
RAM: 2x8 3200mhz DDR4
Drive: SSD 250gb
Moniter: 144hz 1920x1080
PROBLEM : when ever the skillcheck GUI pops up. the dial seems to move at 30 fps compared to my game running over 100 fps simultaneously
