I'm not sure how I did it but there's a way to jump off the second story onto the large doors in the courtyard and stay there. You'd wind up about 10 feet off the ground and completely inaccessible to many killers. I haven't had a chance to recreate this bug yet but I'll try to do it and catch a screenshot.
