Tired of cheaters on NS

There are a countless amount of modders on the NS. Consoles don't have a penalty for cheating, as in there's no anti-cheat detector. The switch is an incredibly easy modifiable console, anyone can figure out how to install cheats onto their SD card. They can see auras at all times, insane amount of speed, instant downs, and instant struggle phases on the hook. The game is unplayable. I'd totally get a refund if it was possible. Plus I've seen quite a bit of threads related to this matter.
