Good builds for Deathslinger?
I will say that Deathslinger is my favorite killer in the game. I've been trying to think of some good builds to run on him. The only perk that I always for sure run on him is Monitor and Abuse but I also wanted some suggestions. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I've been running STBFL so that IDEALLY you're able to land a normal M1 hit and recover fast enough to nail a shot before they get too far.

M&A, STBFL and then literally just fill in the last two with what you want more of. Looking for tracking? Whispers, BBQ, Thrilling, Discordance. Looking for slowdown? Pop or thrilling. Looking to mine salt? NOED. MYC is underrated on him imo.

I use Monitor & Abuse, BBQ, PGTW & Nurses.

I could give you several suggestions via a guide I made some time ago.
My best preformance build is as it states Pop, surge, surveillance and whispers. If you're doing well with finding survivors efficiently you can easily swap whiseprs for M&A if you feel it mandatory. I've never needed it but I have different playstyle that suits me more.

Monitor and Abuse is almost paramount on this killer. If you have a normal terror radius (24m) and survivors start running as soon as they hear it, it takes you 15 seconds to catch up to them to MAX harpoon range (18m). Monitor reduces your TR to 16m which allows you to sneak up on them well.
Save The Best For Last is good on him because ideally you want to M1 and follow up with M2 (also works with M&A cuz it helps you sneak up). You would usually want to injure the obsession by braking the chain on them, but dont be afraid to smack them if they're not struggling and you can't put anything between you and them so the chain breaks.
Nurse's Calling is really good if you pair it with M&A cuz you can see their auras while they can't hear your TR.
Sloppy is good for slowdown since all your attacks are basic attacks, and it's good because ideally you want to keep everyone injured as Deathslinger.
Pop Goes the Weasel is good on him. Deathslinger is very good at being a territorial killer, so controlling an area of 3 or 4 gens with Pop is really strong on him.
Corrupt Intervention is pretty good on him to avoid those early game gen pops although I personally prefer Pop.
NOED is good on this killer since it gives you movement speed at the end and the instadown works with your M1. If you don't mind using the perk, which some people do, it works decently on him.
Those are the stronger perks you can use on him i think.

I have run both NOED and Blood Warden to get shots at the gate and block the gate for everyone else after the hook but that build definitely comes with some salt
