PC- insta down without killer being in my area (no insta down killer)

Step 1 : Boot the game (Steam)

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, I went from healthy to dying state without the killer being even remotely close. I didn't see the killer before so it wasn't latency, she wasn't even in my area. Also no insta down killer.... it was Huntress (no iridescent head).

I kept getting the bleeding animation after getting fully healed. I didn't cut the recording so the full match is visible, bug happens around 3:10 though. Killer dc'd but don't know why maybe bugged on her side too??

You are up against a Huntress, which can be heard from the humming. She could be running Iridescent Head, which lowers her max axes by 4, but that one remaining Axe is an insta down. A good huntress could potentially get that axe to hit a target from outside her terror radius, But I find it strange there was no sound from the projectile if that was the case. So this is probably a hacker.

EDIT: in the end screen it is clear the Huntress was not running Iridescent Head, so hacker is the most likely answer.
