Blocked hook - Dead Dog Saloon
I encountered this during a game on Xbox One on the Deaddog saloon map. A rock had spawned right below a hook and thus making it impossible to use.
The ideal footage of me attempting for some time then dropping the survivor unfortunately was lost due to the match being long and me only saving the last 5 minutes with Xbox capture. But I have a few seconds of footage showing the rock and also me briefly attempting to hook a survivor.
As you will see, no button hint appears to hook the survivor.
As I am unable to add videos, I've taken a quick screenshot of the important parts and added the two 8s clips to Google drive:

I had the exact same problem a week ago. The exact same spot, same hook and rock. The game gives no prompt to hook the survivor.
I saved the clip also.
