Deathslinger Hit Issue

When Deathslinger is reeling someone in, they should only be able to hit that person. They shouldn't be able to turn and hit someone else, nor should survivors be able to body block a reeling hit.

    eh this is fine, though I feel like its impossible to prevent body blocking
