Head On and Plague's Corrupt Purge

So I could have sworn that using Head On on a Plague that has her Corrupt Purge would stun her out of her power, but on live servers, only pallet stuns will end her Corrupt Purge.
I have been Head On'd multiple times in public matches as well as in custom games with friends and her power stays even though she has been stunned.
Was this changed recently? Or is it a bug for Plague?

I don't believe this was ever a thing- only pallet stuns. It's like James's Night Shroud; only pallet stuns (example, DS doesn't remove their power either).
