Sudden in-game collaps in the middle of a game

I was playing as Demogorgon on the newest map from PH. I was noticing that one survivor was often untouchable and seemed to fly through walls. after 2 gens were done, suddenly the endgame collaps showed up and 3 out of 4 survivors died from it. This happened in a few seconds and the game just ended and we landed in the endscreen. What was going on there?
