Decisive Strike Skill Check not working.

I have been having an issue on Xbox that whenever my decisive strike skill check pops up I miss it by a hair. It seems almost as if it takes a half a second to register. I did some testing with it to make sure that it isn't just my poor timing and everytime, even if I press the skill check button the second the prompt pops up, it doesn't register until the second it passes the skill check zone. Everything else seems to be fine as hitting repair great checks work perfectly for me. The only issue seems to be with Decisive Strike.
