BUG Console (PS4): No perks on bloodweb

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Choose to play survivor
Step 3 : Open survivor bloodweb
Step 4: Notice bloodweb isn’t giving out perks on survivor even though all the perks are not unlocked for said survivor
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The character is Prestige 3 Claudette
- When the bloodweb is open, perks do not show up anymore
- Claudette only has 4/6 pages of perks unlocked
- All the other survivors have perks appearing on the bloodweb
