Why does the Wraith have awful penalties while cloaked?
As someone who has put hundreds of hours into the bell man, it still baffles me as to why:
1) Lightburn exists as well as causing a FIVE second stun after two seconds of flashlight use.
2) Pallet stun times are doubled (or increased to approximately that amount) if you are hit with one while cloaked.
ex.) Not necessarily a penalty for being cloaked, but a majority of the add-ons for the bell are awful in their effect (Blind Warrior Mud, All Seeing Spirit, and the meme add-ons) or have a good effect but it is too small to be useful (Swift Hunt).
These mechanics are extremely outdated, especially since Trapper got a QoL/Buff that removed the ability to sabotage his bear traps, along with Ghostface actually getting a small reward for being revealed (killer instinct + reveal lines) as well as having better stealth than Wraith due to being able to naturally blend in with his environment rather than basically looking like moving stained glass and therefore sticking out like a sore thumb.
It doesn't have to be now or next week, but BHVR, could you please give the game's first stealh killer some love sometime in 2020 without hitting him with the "minimal changes" truck?

No offense but Wraith has a bunch of great options that mitigate his weaknesses. Lightburns can often be dodged by moving unpredictably. Enduring is a great perk to cover his extra stun while cloaked. Nearly all the add-ons you mentioned are pretty great in different builds. Swift Hunt works great with Windstorm. All Seeing - Spirit works well with Whispers + Coxcombed Clapper.
Blind Warrior Mud is garbage though.
Wraith is on the weaker side, don't get me wrong, but I don't really see any glaring issues that need to be fixed asap. I consider a Spirit rework and Clown rework much higher priority.

Next rework will probably be for huntress. Cooldown will be added in some way. She can't hold her hatchet up for long maybe?
