Stuck after being caught in locker on the 2nd floor Swamp map

So i was trying to use head on but the killer caught me in the locker n bring me to basement but somehow i got stuck at this point.
Teammate was able to unhook me n I was able to heal myself as well, but I just couldn't move anywhere.
This rar file has the video showing how I tried to move but couldn't
This is the first time it happens!
