DBD total player base

I'm in the middle of a debate with someone on Facebook who doubts the player base size of dead by daylight on all platforms I'm saying it's more than 10 million as of July 19th the person I'm talking to says it's a lot less than that is there a way I can get a official stats on what the player base total amount is on all platforms. Is there a place I can look it up officially?

    wdym with "playerbase"? Active daily players or purchased copies? Daily players on steam is ~60k last time I checked (stagnated for years)
