Why stridor overrides Iron Will?

And why not? If iron will override stridor, stridor it would be a useless perk

Its because the 2 values are additive:

Iron will subtracts 100% from your sounds while Stridor adds 50%.

So the math is 100 base volume - 100 from iron will + 50 from Stridor = 50.

Iron will at level 3 will act as if its level 1 iron will if stridor is in play.

They should put percentages on all things instead of "considerably", "moderately" etc.
