Weird hooking bug on nurse (might happen on any killer just nurse here)

I've never seen this bug before but the nurse hooked me and as soon as she did my camera went back to her like she was still holding me. She had her arm up like she was holding me but I was clearly on the hook. Whenever she hit the blink button it played the sound but wouldn't do anything. She just had to dc cause she couldn't do anything after that. I have a 3 minute video if that's needed I just couldn't figure out how to upload that. I was meg with spine chill, sprint burst, borrowed time, and iron will.
