Dead By Daylight merch store issues.

Hey guys, this is my first post here (been lurking awhile though) so I really hope this is an okay place to post this.

I ordered some of the hag costers back on the 22nd of March from the store, and have contacted the merch store in multiple different channels, (including direct though site form, to an email address, and even to an employee that had messaged about a previous order) five or six times now regarding the state of the order, and I've had absolutely no communication back regarding it. When you order, they just never send confirmation through, though I managed to get it once on a previous order after again hounding them.


After opening a case with PayPal a month ago, and trying to communicate directly though there with the company in charge, I've had to escalate it to filing for a refund through PayPal otherwise I'm going to lose my money.


I wanted to make a post here about, because I know I've seen a few other members of the community who've also had issues too, and I was hoping Behaviour would have some official word on this.


I absolutely adore the game, have spent loads of money in game on cosmetics, bought every DLC, and want nothing more than to buy some cool merch, and support Behaviour even more, but these people in charge are basically scamming your fans and it currently feels like nobody is really doing anything about it.


Is there anyone else on here who's had issues or is having problems? I'm hoping some of the dev team, or those in charge of community communication can help me resolve this?
