unfortunately this soloq problem,those who cry for swf remain silent for this situation

they go back to the "average" out method. average of 4 survivors rank will get u a killer rank. so in ur case since there are rank 10,9 and 12. even if ur rank 1, the average should be around rank 8-10 killer.
