    Thats still no reason to add a problematic mechanic to punish camping, when it can and will surely be exploited by survs against killers which do not even camp. That EXACTLY what happened in the mentioned PTB. Your reasoning goes both ways: Unexperienced killers would be punished way more heavily than experienced ones, would such a camping-punishment be implemented. Doing gens instead of feeding a camper is not even a highly sophosticated technique, so even new players should get that fast. If you are new and fall to a camper, learn from it and improve instead of demanding the devs to fix it for you ( it's not even broken),

    Face camping for me is as bad as tunneling if not worse because you simply cant do anything about it and there is no counter. People who do this are either noobs or #########.


    My suggestion is add a perk where you can immediately unhook yourself and you wont take damage for over 1 minute.

    Face camp is scummy in the middle of the game, but necessary after the objectives are done. Is the killer supposed to leave the hook after the doors are open?

    There's no such thing as a solution to facecamping. Devs can discourage camping, which they do by taking away BP, they cannot stop you from doing it. Taking away player agency is far more unhealthy for the game than facecamping itself.
