Do offerings have an expiration date now?

Its so confusing. I haven't played one character in 4 days and there was a cake in the active offering, so I thought everything is gonna be fine, but the game just didn't registr it, and I didn't lose the cake by the end of the match.

It’s a bug. It occurs when you switch your character in the lobby. You have to reselect your offering in this case (even though it actually looks like it is selected..)
