Stuck behind hook, can't move or take damage after being hooked

Platform: PC

Playing survivor on Thompson House at Coldwind Farm. Got downed upstairs on the balcony of the house and hooked on the hook on said balcony.

Immediately after getting hooked, I lost my normal field of view and could no longer see David's body. Once I was unhooked, I could not move at all, nor could I be hit by Huntress with either melee or hatchets.

I don't think my teammate could interact with me either. I could heal myself with my medkit.

Ultimately I was stuck in that hook corner until I got disconnected from the sever. Very odd bug, first time I've ever gotten it.

Didn't get footage but including a couple screenshots of my very limited FOV. Tried to include them but keep getting a network error. I should state my current network speeds are currently VERY slow.
