Killer idea - The Taskmaster
The taskmaster
Movement speed: 4.6 M/S (115%)
Terror Radius: 24 meters
Power: True Warp - Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack marks them. You see the aura of any marked Survivors outside of your terror radius. Survivor must preform a 10 second channel to remove the mark. This channel does not need to be completed all at once. (For the record mending>mark removal>self care when appropriate)
Using the power button you can mark the current location of any object or Survivor you can see the aura of and start a 4 second channel. For the last 3 seconds of the channel the target cannot be interacted with. At the end of the channel you will teleport to the marked location.
The marked location is clearly visible to all players.
Perks
- Penetrating Strike - After being in a chase for a cumulative 25/20/15 seconds the next time you injure a Survivor they gain the Deep Wounds status effect.
- Watchman - When a Survivor attempts to reveal your aura, you reveal their aura as well. When a Survivor's aura would stop being revealed, they will continue to be revealed for 1/2/3 seconds.
- Snapshot of Failure - When you hit a Survivor with a basic attack. The generator that the Survivor you last hit with a basic attack is currently working on explodes, regressing by 6/8/10% and becomes blocked by the entity for 10 seconds. (Note: The perk does not trigger if the last Survivor you hit with a basic attack is not working on a generator)

Keep in mind when evaluating this Killer. This Killer was designed as a challenge to create a viable Killer that has nothing to help him in a chase. As such he has stall methods via his teleport action interrupt, a ton of information through aura reading, even more stall because of how the mark works and the best teleport ability in the game for a ######### ton of map pressure since he can teleport pretty much anywhere important, the limitations existing to ensure it's not useful in a chase, at least not without perks.
The Killers design is also deliberately designed to have a ton of synergies, since he can teleport to aura's revealed by perks such as: Nurses calling, I'm all ears, Zanshin Tactics ect. And his built in aura reading is based on the terror radius making him synergize with undetectable perks as well as monitor. This is all completely deliberate.
To compensate this is the only Killer to have literally nothing to help him with actually hitting Survivors (as per my personal challenge). Even Legion gets a free hit, this guy can initiate chases easily, but has nothing to actually help him hit you once he's in it. Of course the idea is that the extra time spent chasing is made up for by the stall, tracking and patrol speeds.

I like it, but snapshot of failure sounds disgusting.

For the record this is sarcasm.
Just because there is a standard terror radius does not mean every Killer must use the standard terror radius.
There are Killers that already have been made with non-standard terror radius's and this is just one more of those.
