Player stuck next to piano room generator in Midwich

Cheryl was stuck on the generator after completing it. Zarina tried to heal her and got stuck in the process (but was able to free herself by walking)
As killer, I was unable to pick up (we tried different angle of downing to try and free her). Placing a bear trap nearby would successfully trap the survivor, but again, I was unable to pick her up.
