I do, especially licensed ones as I'm always curious to how they will be represented.
To be honest, I was disappointed with Silent Hill: I think it's possibly the weakest chapter in terms of killer, all perks and map. Also, although I like the Silent Hill franchise, it's not one license I was hankering after. Just my opinion.
I was also disappointed with the Oni and Plague chapters. Both were very uninspiring overall.
I find chapters really can be hit and miss.

I'd prefer if BHVR worked on fixing what they currently have, but new chapters are what keeps the game fresh and alive.

I really enjoy seeing the new killers & survivors they come up with, and how they adapt already existing ones into the game. I also love when we get new maps!
As for the perks, I feel that most of the actually useful perks are already in the game, and all the new perks they come up with are either useless or kiiiiinda useful in VERY specific builds, always combined with other perks. So yeah I don't look forward to new perks very much. As much as I love Silent Hill, both Heather & Pyramid Head's perks were kinda disappointing.

Yup, love them, they're what really brings the hype for me, especially if they're licensed because getting to see some of these fan favorite IP's make it in and get to be playable is a amazing feeling.

Not really, tbh. More content in Dead by Daylight means more bugs and such stuff. I'd rather see a chapter being dedicated towards crushing bugs and doing QoL changes.

I would prefer an optimization / bug fixing sprint for the next 6-12 months and little to no new content. That would improve my experience playing the game way more than a few new chapters.

With these discussions I see about mostly Springtrap, Pennywise or Candyman, I would LOVE one of them in the game and I even have ideas myself for their powers :)
Edit: I have an Idea for Springtrap i have to share. So there would be many small curtain areas in a circle(basically you can only go around them as survivor, but as Springtrap you can go to one and switch between the animatronics(I would prefer only switch between Foxy, Freddy and Springtrap) and they all have different powers.
Foxy: Can, from any point of the map, sprint at 250% to 300% speed into one direction and down everyone in his path until he hits something(so he cant turn while doing that).
Freddy: Gains the undetectable status effect and can place pizza(or smt idk) on the map that acts like a trap that can give any bad status effect,BUT he is a slow boi. And the pizza remains even after you switch.
Last Springtrap: (I kinds stole this and changed it a bit so credit to Semimatic who posted it here) Springtrap can activate his ability that creates a cone shaped radius in front of him and stuns any survivor in that radius with the effect PETRIFIED that holds on for 3 seconds and he can Hit anyone right after using it. If the Survivor is hit he will be put into the dying or injured state and snaps out of it after being hit or pressing a series of buttons. When Springtrap uses his ability and there is none survivor in the radius HE will be put into a cooldown where he cant move or do anything for 3 seconds.
