Is ranking broken on Xbox one?

I’ve noticed recently that when I play rank 1 on dead by daylight Xbox one I seem to go against super low ranks sometimes even rank 20s I don’t know why this is but it seems to happen mostly on the Demogorgon And some other killers.

These where the consecutive matches I played and all the matches where very low ranks. Has anyone else ran into this problem?
