[PC]Unable to Hit survivor when they unhook a survivor

Has started happening pretty recently that an attack or lunge goes through and miss when a survivor unhooks another survivor. Happens pretty often now which is starting to become annoying.

Chainsaws are also affected (including bubba's chainsaw which is just ridiculous)
