Survivor with friends doesn’t work on PS4

Since the 4th year anniversary update my friends and i can’t play together. I would join his party but it would kick me out or show on his screen we are both ready but on mine nobody is ready. There are times we both can ready up and find a match but after that it kicks me out again. Can anyone please help or have suggestions it would mean a lot.

Hello there, did you try this with another friends? Happens with everyone or just with those specific friends?

happens with all my friends that play dbd.
