He can have both a dash/pounce and a ranged attack. Basically a combination of Demmodoggo and Plague. Just huge and 4 legged.
And slow I guess.

After one kill it evolves into Marshtomp, after two kills it evolves into Swampert. It can just drown the map in mud and water. No matter what map you offer you'll always get backwater swamp.
