4.0.2: Dead Rabbit gives Myers zero TR at Level 2

I just played against a Myers with Dead Rabbit and no other perks or add-ons that would affect his TR, and he had zero TR at Evil Within Level 2.

Could be related to another bug where the perks shown in the game were actually the perks used on the previously used killer. Had a game where the killer had NOED and Sloppy Butcher, but the end game showed Ruin, Thana, Corrupt and Infectious.
