PC - Is Enduring III bugging Legion's Feral Frenzy's cooldown?
Okay, so this girl went against a Legion on stream, that by what you can get for what she and the Killer said on the post-match chat, runs at least Enduring + Spirit Fury, and the addons the Legion's using are Stolen Sketch Book (Considerably increases Feral Frenzy duration) with Mischief List (Slightly increases Feral Frenzy duration).
And while using Feral Frenzy the Legion gets stunned, and instead of applying the, by default 4 seconds cooldown, it just triggers the normal pallet stun, which its duration goes down to 1 sec due to Enduring III, so basically the Enduring III stun denies the power's cooldown resulting in an almost instant double hit.
Is this a bug on how Enduring works when applied over a Legion using his/her power? or is this working as intended?
