I don't really know what you want to achieve with that. People will always use the optimal build. If it's not pop Freddy it's forever Freddy. If it's not SF+Enduring Billy it's bamboozle Billy.
Unfun is subjektive btw. I think infectious is unfun in nurse, so i don't use it.

It solidifies it being an anti tunnel perk while slowing down momentum for survivors while encouraging teamwork the only other thing I'd add would be the perk is disabled during egc

unknown common fact said directly from the devs, ds was never supposed to be an anti tunnel perk and that was title was given by the community

I remember when that post came out but they said it wasn't just supposed to be just an anti tunnel perk which I think is really dumb but whatever

Shut up you are an idiot. A stridor spirit can HEAR whether you are behind or not behind that pallet. Truetalent has a good point on dropping pallets and not going through them, BUT its still a guessing game after you have a modicum of safety she might have called it or not. So what if you last 30 more seconds. Watch Scott junds video debunking true he went against ZUBAT and sugar did a very tricky T and L mindgame. He fast vaulted one side and slow vaulted the other and Scott grabbed him. Yeah you might have a deaf or dumb spirit, but REAL high tier spirits will be unpredictable and uncounterable. Also a counter is something that always works, a counter to hag is a flash light or crouching and it ALWAYS works. Counter to trapper, disarm which ALWAYS works. Counter to legion is make distance ALWAYS WORKS. Spirit if you pre drop pallets and arent on the side she expects she will learn and if you change your style she will notice and learn that you are changing so she will have to guess more. But still all these streamers are going up against spirits without enough skill or pressure. I have done cheeky mind games myself and they sometimes work but never 2 times and its always me getting anxiety not knowing if she'll fall for it or not and that's why she is uncounterable because nothing works constantly unless they suck which should not be a basis for an argument

thank you. thats exactly why i wanted him to explain it to me himself because there isnt a counter and hes full of it. a correct guess that keeps you alive in the moment isn't a counter. spirit is a full on guessing game that becomes more intense with stridor in the mix

@OP the proposition you put forth is infeasible due to the inherent nature of perks in this game.
However, the same result you desire can be achieved by other means. I disagree with the Stridor-Spirit comment, but that aside, simply put in a condition to perks like Pop that disable the perk once a power is used.
eg. Pop (and **** Pop btw; shouldn't be a perk): after hooking a survivor, the next gen you kick gains an immediate 25% regression penalty. Normal Regression commences afterward. Pop lasts for 40/50/60 seconds or until the killer uses his/her power.
eg. Infectious Fright: Upon downing a survivor, all other survivors within your terror radius scream. Their positions are revealed for 2/3/4 seconds if the killer has not used his/her power in the last 2 seconds.
eg. Spirit Fury: Hitting a pallet at least once before destroying it will make the break action 40/45/50% faster.
eg. Decisive Strike: After being unhooked, DS activates. DS deactivates when you heal yourself one health state, interact with survivors, hooks, or generators, and/or when the killer downs another survivor. While DS is active and you are being picked up by the killer, succeed a skill check to automatically escape the killer's grasp and stun the killer for 5 seconds.
eg. Soul Guard: doesn't exist/ doesn't have that hex modifier and only works when picked up by another survivor. Instead of Endurance, hit detection just can't detect you for 1 second and will instead detect the other survivor.
