Nurse addons that don't work (Xbox One)

As the title states, these addons dont appear to be working unless I'm misusing them, I decided to start playing nurse more and I discovered the following.

1. Jenners last breath, after blinking the activate ability button should allow the nurse to return to her original position as long as it is pressed before the fatigue state, there is no activate ability prompt after blinking, I tried pressing various buttons after blinking and nothing works.

2. Cambells Last Breath should allow for more blinking distance, after a fully charged blink, the nurse blinks at half charge in the direction she's currently facing, I cant seem to get this ability to work either, unless the cambells blink isnt a visible secondary blink, but just an extra distance boost? I'm sorry if this issue has already been addressed, whenever I try to search for existing posts it says that it can't be done.

One more thing, I know a new mmr ranking system has been instilled into xbox, please please please change this. I'm rank 1 as killer and I have over 40 days played. Before this mmr system I was going up against red and purple ranked survivors, now 8 of 10 games I'm getting full lobbies of baby survivors who didnt even play the tutorial, and I'm slaughtering them with no enjoyment. I know that they're babies because they dont even use sprint.
