Nurse Blink Bug Fix When?

So you nerfed nurse right, I get that she was really strong. Destroyed her add-ons so that there are only really 2 viable add-ons. But why is the Blink glitch still here months after it was first reported?

Sometimes after blinking, second blink gets stuck in charging up and makes your ears explode along with not being able to blink.
How to reproduce: Play 5 matches with nurse, it WILL happen to you.
It occurs often enough to be a problem, as it shouldn't occur.

Small addition: It doesn't exclusively happen to the chainblink. I have had it happen to my first blink before. Its rarer, but possible.
