Last Gen having no completion Aura PC

Usually when a gen is popped it has an aura like this for a few seconds, but every now and then for no specific reason the last gen will have no aura applied to it at all, I have no idea how to recreate it other than just watch out for recorded cases just to see if its a more universal problem or if the game just extra hates me in particular.
