PC - Some bugs possibly related to nurse

I've had an unusually high amount of disconnects while playing nurse most have told me their games freeze and then it says they escaped when I picked up a different survivor. Secondly some perks aren't working all the time the only ones confirmed to sometimes not work are surge and infectious fright.
