Edit: Okay, I can see that my original plan didn’t go accordingly. I can see that now but I’m not giving up just yet. I am going to try and rework my concept and actually bring something to the table. Something with more reasons to back me up. Something more interesting to explore and read about. So I will be editing this post later.

Not only is this literally using the same exact template for an actual good FNaF x DBD chapter made months ago, but I honestly just don't understand this one.

I want Springtrap in Dead by Daylight specifically because I believe he would relatively fit and has the potential to actually have an aspect of realism in his design. Whether this is a serious suggestion into the game or not, this is just using a personal favorite character that works in that franchise alone as a character to suggest.

I feel bad for people who also want a FNaF x DBD concept with legitimate reasons why and with good effort put into it. I know you didn't mean anything bad by this, but this is kind of cringe.

besides my thoughts on why scrap baby isn't the best character, i'll go over the content itself.

the ability to one hit down while moving 10% faster, on top of being able to completely regress a gen to 0% is much too powerful.

even with it being a full tank usage per one use of these, with certain gen revealing perks the survivors would never get anything done

Killing Machine: seems a bit overkill. you're already near them, at that point it's just being put into the dying state with extra steps. maybe their aura is revealed for X seconds instead?

I'll find you: this seems like a mix mash of BBQ and rancor with some undetectable thrown in. that means it's good, right? nope, rancor does a very similar thing but more effectively.

Hex: Controlled Shock: god no. that's essentially just passively stopping gen progress. broken as hell

Thank you for letting me know, I’m gonna try to rework the idea itself for the next few days and come back with something better. This comment actually helps me.
