Yea anytime I've played solo here lately if the killer brings a mori someone always drops in the loading screen now that the penalty isn't there, it should definitely be reverted

So is the killer build. Survivor builds are 2-3 meta perks each, killer build is 3 meta perks.

there was an exploit in the DC penality system which allowed people to time out others without them even DCing, handing out lengthy penalities to underserving players for the sole reason of them not liking them / being toxic.
this happened to Tru3 live on stream, which ended up with the Devs cancelling the penalities and removing the system until there is a fix for the problem.
the penalities are going to return once the exploit has been dealt with.
